Alicja studied Applied Linguistics in English and German with interpreting as a specialisation at the Institute of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw. She received scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Office and participated in student exchanges, during which she studied at the University of Hildesheim and at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz at the Faculty of Translation in Germersheim. She is interested in women's rights in Poland, civil society, European politics, with particular emphasis on Germany, and modern theater.
