Bartłomiej holds a master’s degree in law from Jagiellonian University. He is also a graduate of the Master of Public Policy programme at the Hertie School in Berlin, the American Law Programme organised by The Catholic University of America and Columbus School of Law in cooperation with the Jagiellonian University, and the German Law School organised by the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in cooperation with the University of Warsaw. He is currently preparing his doctoral dissertation at Jagiellonian University. He has collaborated with leading Polish, German, and international law firms, consulting companies, think tanks and government institutions. He is the author of scientific and journalistic publications on the energy sector and climate policy.
