Transportation

The Heinrich Böll Foundation office is located in the center of Warsaw, which is easily accessible by public transport. You can reach us by:

  • 117, 127, 128, 131, 151, 158, 171, 507, 517, 520, 521, 525 buses – Centrum stop (200-300 m)
  • 520, 151, 525 buses – Hoża stop (200 m)
  • 107 bus – Krucza/Wspólna stop (400-500 m)
  • 7, 9, 22, 24, 68 trams – Centrum stop (400 m)
  • 16 tram – Plac Konstytucji stop (300 m)
  • M1 metro – Centrum station (500 m)
  • R2, R3, R7, S2 trains – Warszawa Śródmieście station (550 m)

Accessing our building

Our office is located on the third floor. The building is equipped with an elevator. However, the entrance to our building is not fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Upon request, we can provide a parking space for people with disabilities.

Accessing our events

Understanding what is being said

During selected events, we provide sign language interpreters and/or stenographers, as well as an induction loop system for people with hearing impairments.

Live streaming

Public events are broadcast live to make them accessible to people who are unable to visit the Heinrich Böll Foundation.

After the event, recordings will be available on our YouTube channel

Making our websites more accessible

We plan to use the Plain Language format. Currently, selected content on our website is available in English.

We are in the process of technical optimization and are intensifying our editorial work to introduce a “read aloud” service for articles on www.pl.boell.org.

The videos and video clips we publish are available with subtitles.
