David Mead is Professor of UK Human Rights Law at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich where he specialises in public order, protest and police powers. He has been invited to advise defence lawyers, UN Special Rapporteurs and was Academic Fellow to the UK Parliament’s Human Rights Committee (2021-22).
