Zbigniew M. Karaczun works in the Department of Environmental Protection of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He is President of the Polish Ecological Club Mazovia Branch and expert of the Polish Climate Coalition. He specializes in energy policy, sustainable development issues and instruments for implementation of the ecological policy objectives.
