Robert Sperfeld is Senior Programme Officer at the East and South East Europe Division of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung in Berlin. He holds a German diploma degree in Public Administration from Potsdam University, with fellowships in St. Petersburg, Russia, and Tel Aviv, Israel. He was Interim Director of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung’s Kyiv office in 2015.
