Sigita Struberga is a political scientist and lecturer at the University of Latvia, specializing in international security, societal resilience, and gender perspectives in defence. She serves as Chair of the NGO Women for Security and Secretary General of the Latvian Transatlantic Organisation, where she coordinates major international initiatives, including the Rīga Conference. Her work advances gender inclusion in security structures and promotes whole-of-society approaches to resilience across the Baltic region, as well as focuses on Russian speaking-communities in Baltic and Russian influence operations in Baltic, stratcom.
